Another great wine from Arizona Stronghold Vineyards. This dry rosé
is made in the traditional saigne method; after crushing, the juice
gets short skin contact until the desired amount of color is achieved.

from a blend of Macabeo, Parellada, and Xarel-lo. It has a fresh

region of France. This wine is a proprietary blend of Muscat,
Sylvaner, Edelzwicker, Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Gewurtztraminer.

This wine hails from Austria. Gruner Veltliner is a native grape
grown in the coolest of wine grape growing regions. This is a
spectacular, crisp, flavorful & full-bodied wine. With mineral
aromas and flavors, balanced and dry. Try it with Calamari.
The Verdicchio grape from the Marches Region of central Italy
produces crisp, refreshing white wines that are great in the
Arizona Summer. This wine has a mineral nose with flavors of
citrus and a crisp finish. Try this with the Sea Bass, Shrimp
Scampi or a Cheese Plate.
Arneis translates to "little rascal" and is one of Italy's oldest and
most distinct grape varietals. This one was planted in the Russian
River Valley in 1992. This wine has a floral nose with flavors of
peaches, pears, grapefruit and a crisp finish. Try this with the Sea
Bass or the Calamari.

Torrontés is the the signature white varietal of Argentina. It has
floral and tropical fruit aromas. On the palate it has a crisp,
creamy mouth feel and a long finish. Try this with the Sonoran
Chicken or the Butternut Squash Soup.
This red sparkling wine from Italy is made from organically
grown grapes and has a nose of plums, cherries and cedar.
The palate is crisp with fresh fruit and a nice smooth finish.
Try it with a cheese plate, yum!.
Zweigelt is a Blaufrankish x St.Laurent cross, both indigenous
to Austria. This refreshing red is light and can be served slightly
chilled. It has flavors of cherry, plum, spice, and floral notes.
Try this with salmon or chicken.
This Valdiguie is grown in the cool Arroy Seco region in
Central Monterey County. It has aromas of boysenberry, cherry
and cranberry with a plump, supple, low tannin mouth feel.

The Bonarda grape is originally from Italy, but this one was
grown in Argentina. It has wild berries on the nose with hints of
chocolate and smoke. On the palate it is full bodied with cherry
and black fruit. A great pairing with the Rack of Lamb.
This full bodied red from Priorat is a blend of
Garnacha, Carignan, and Cabernet Sauvignon. This
wine has floral aromas with a hint of mint. On the palate
it is fruity, complex, and elegant. Try with any red meat
dish or a cheese plate.
This wine reflects the clean environment and combination of
water, soil and sunshine that is uniquely Sicily. Made from
100% Nero d'Avola, the wine is a clear dark ruby with a bouquet
full of lush dry fruit character. The rich fruitiness continues on
the palate, with plenty of plum and cherry flavors with a nice
Tempranillo is Spain's signature red varietal. Also known as Tinto
de Toro, and Cencibel. In Portugal it is known as Tinta Roriz.
In the Rioja where it ripens early (temprano means early in
Spanish) it is known a Tempranillo. This full bodied red is in
Wine Spectator's Top 100 Wines of 2009 and has flavors of
cherries, berries, plums, notes of licorice and spice.
